We hope that you enjoy living in your home and as your building approaches 40 years since its last major renovation, we are happy to engage you in an upgrading of your apartment that will give you a brand new kitchen, bathroom, windows, apartment door, as well as upgrades to the building that will improve performance and energy efficiency.
We are calling the program “Highbridge Rising” knowing that the improvements to your apartment and building will make living here better than it has ever been. HCDC will be hosting meetings for residents to discuss the details of Highbridge Rising, and how it will make living here happier and healthier.
We need your help to make it happen.
