To better serve you, there are two ways to contact the Maintenance Department. To set up a non-emergency repair request, please fill out the form below, and someone from the service department will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. You can still call the Maintenance Department at 718-293-7663 Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. As always, please call maintenance immediately for emergency repairs or more urgent issues. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, call 718-537-8691.
